Local Delivery
We offer Island wide delivery. All deliveries are free with the exception of requested deliveries on holidays is subject to a fee.
International Shipping
Unfortunately we do not offer shipping internationally at the moment.

How to Return
At Chantel Fashion Limited our biggest goal is to serve our beautiful loyal customers.Unfortunately because this is a exclusive shop and each item is unique we cannot offer returns at this time. We pride ourselves in our ability to provide the best quality product possible. If you are not sure of your size or meausurements please feel free to Contact Us
We are able to cancel an order only if it has not already been fulfilled and shipped from our site. If you wish to cancel a previously placed order, please call our customer service line to verify if it is not too late to cancel.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Our items are hand picked and thoroughly inspected prior to shipment. If an item is delivered not as described please contact us at info@chantelfashionlimited.com with a brief description of the discrepancy, images of the product, and proof of purchase attached.
For defective item claims: contact us within 48 hours of delivery date.
Exchanges
All sales are final. Once the proper item has been recieved we can no longer resell the item as an original piece. Please verify that all questions and concerns have been addressed prior to purchase as we do not currently offer exchanges (or holds), due to limited inventory.
